The Family Leader Foundation, Inc. seeks a Deputy Director

Serve alongside the director in casting vision and setting overall direction of Iowa Church Ambassador Network (a ministry focused on building relationships between church leaders and government officials.
Serve alongside the director in casting vision and setting the overall direction of the Church Ambassador Network across the country.
Serve alongside the director in giving reports to donors, steering committee and board members on the overall progress and health of the Church Ambassador Network.
Provide biblical teachings and sermons in local churches focused on the role of the church and government as taught in the Bible.
Help facilitate key community partnerships and train others to do the same.
Manage and lead a team of regional coordinators to recruit pastors, facilitate various types of engagement, and organize local meetings between pastors and governing authorities in the State of Iowa.
Write and publish articles, blog postings, podcast recordings, training manuals, white papers, and presentations for Church Ambassador Network.
Lead virtual meetings, webinars and classes for pastors and Church Ambassador Network staff in other states.

Travel within Iowa 1 day a week; Travel throughout U.S. 4-6 times a year for 2-5 days at a time.
The applicant is required to have a Master’s degree in Theological Studies, Master of Divinity or related field plus 2 years’ experience in a position coordinating and facilitating Christian ecumenical initiatives and programs.
