Join The FAMiLY LEADER, along with other national partners, for a unique event on October 12th. What makes this event so unique? It is happening over the internet, so you and your church members can view this event on your computer at home or gather in your church to view this event.

iPledge Sunday is a national simulcast that will be taking place in both Washington D.C. and in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. The purpose of the simulcast is for Christians across this nation to hear first-hand from Christian leaders who are bringing new ideas to Washington and from Christian leaders who are spearheading action on the special issues in our state. You’ll learn about a national strategic plan that will bear fruit within 30 days and will greatly impact the critical midterm elections.

The program will begin at 6:00 P.M. The first hour will be broadcast from Washington D.C. You will hear from Tony Perkins, David Barton, Lila Rose, Mat Staver, Rick Scarborough, and Jim Garlow.

The second hour will be broadcast from Faith Christian Outreach Church, FCOC, in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. That hour you will hear from statewide leaders including Pastor Knudsen with FCOC, Bob Vander Plaats, Representative Sandy Salmon, Tamara Scott, and Pastor Bill Tvedt with Jubilee Family Church in Oskaloosa.

During the local hour you will hear about issues such as:

  • Turning out your congregation to vote… from a pastors’ point of view.
  • Common Core: what is it?
  • Why only revival will do!
  • The importance of electing Christian public officials from a Christian legislator.
  • The definition of marriage and why it still matters.

The event will begin at 6:00 P.M. on October 12th and will be complete at 8:00 P.M.
