Dear Friend,
As we enter September, I’m reminded once again that God has given us an incredible opportunity—and an important responsibility—to be faithful in the moment He has placed us.
The November election is now just around the corner. Elections matter because the people we choose to serve in government will make decisions that profoundly impact our families, our communities, and the freedoms we cherish. But elections are only one part of the work. We must continue building relationships, equipping the Church, and bringing biblical truth and wisdom into the public square.
We saw a beautiful example of that work recently when Alex Adams, Assistant Secretary for Family Support at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the leader of the Administration for Children and Families, came to Iowa. Alex met with Iowa pastors and faith leaders through our Church Ambassador Network and saw firsthand what can happen when the Church and government leaders understand their distinct roles and work together for the good of children and families.
That visit was more than an important meeting. It was a glimpse of what we have been working toward for years: a culture where the Church is equipped to lead, government leaders are encouraged to govern well, and families are strengthened rather than displaced.
And now, we have another opportunity before us.
This November, we will have the chance to help shape the direction of our state and our nation. Through the Choose Well Toolkit, the Church Ambassador Network, and our broader Daniel Impact strategy, The FAMiLY Leader is equipping believers not simply to vote—but to live out their faith faithfully in the public square.
But we cannot do this work without you. Would you prayerfully consider making a gift to The FAMiLY Leader today? Your support helps us equip churches, engage pastors, influence policy, and prepare Iowa families and voters for the important decisions ahead.
The opportunity is great. The stakes are real. And I believe God has uniquely positioned us for such a time as this.
Thank you for standing with us—and for believing that when the Church is equipped and engaged, families flourish and communities are transformed.
For family. For freedom. For the future.
